We are a comprehensive supplier that specializes in the supply and maintenance of hydrostatic transmission systems and supporting components.
A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely power components, execution components, control components, auxiliary components (accessories), and transmission medium (hydraulic oil).
Power components: Power components include hydraulic pumps, actuators, and hydraulic cylinders. The power component is a hydraulic pump, which converts the mechanical energy input from the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid medium. The function of the power component is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of the liquid, referring to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the entire hydraulic system.
Executive component: An executive component refers to a hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor that converts the pressure energy of a fluid into mechanical energy. The actuator drives the mechanism to perform linear reciprocating or rotational (or oscillating) motion. The executive component is a general term for various components that rely on pressure oil to rotate or reciprocate the output shaft and perform work. It can be divided into three categories: hydraulic motors (with output shaft in rotary motion), hydraulic cylinders (with output shaft in linear reciprocating motion), and swing hydraulic motors (with output shaft in rotary reciprocating motion).
Control components: Control components include various types of valves, such as overflow valves, throttle valves, directional valves, etc. Control components (i.e. various hydraulic valves) control and regulate the pressure, flow rate, and direction of liquid in the hydraulic system. According to the different control functions, hydraulic valves can be divided into village force control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves.
Auxiliary components: Auxiliary components include filters, oil tanks, pipe fittings, seals, pressure gauges and pressure gauge switches, heat exchangers, and hydraulic accumulators. Hydraulic auxiliary components are indispensable components or devices in hydraulic systems that do not directly participate in energy conversion, direction, pressure, and flow control.
Transmission medium (hydraulic oil): Hydraulic oil is a hydraulic medium used in hydraulic systems that utilizes liquid pressure energy. It plays a role in energy transmission, wear resistance, system lubrication, corrosion prevention, rust prevention, cooling, and other aspects of the hydraulic system. The normal operation of the hydraulic system is a major indicator of its good technical condition. Qualified hydraulic oil is the guarantee for the reliable operation of the hydraulic system, and correct maintenance is the foundation for the reliable operation of the hydraulic system.
