Recruiting sales representatives
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of company products, and completing sales tasks;
2. Responsible for market development and developing new customers;
3. Maintain existing customers and explore potential customers, manage customer relationships;
4. Responsible for collecting market and industry information, seeking development opportunities;
5. Responsible for handling customer contracts, quotations, shipments, payment collection related matters, and after-sales service;
6. Assist the sales manager in receiving door-to-door customers and conducting phone calls, promptly record customer information, and handle it properly;
7. Other work tasks assigned by superiors;
Job requirements:
1. Vocational or high school education or above, mechanical related major is preferred;
2. Willing to earn high income through hard work, willing to learn, and willing to continuously improve are preferred;
3. Work diligently and rigorously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have a good teamwork spirit;
4. Good language expression, able to withstand certain work pressure;
5. No gender limit;
Salary and benefits:
(1) Welfare benefits: five insurances and one fund, year-end bonus, statutory holidays, weekend weekends, travel expenses reimbursement, transportation subsidies, meal subsidies;
(2) Salary and benefits: 8000-15000 yuan/month (with no ceiling on income)
(3) Base salary: 4000-7000 yuan/month;
(4) Working hours: 8:30-17:00
(5) Age requirement: 19-38 years old
