An electro-hydraulic push rod for a dry quenching charging device belongs to the technical field of dry quenching equipment and is used to drive the dry quenching charging device.
The technical solution is that it is composed of a motor, an oil pump, an oil cylinder, and a push rod. The motor is connected to the oil pump, and the output oil pipes of the oil pump are respectively connected to the front and rear sides of the piston of the oil cylinder through hydraulic control one-way valves. The piston of the oil cylinder is connected to one end of the push rod, and the other end of the push rod is connected to the installation device through a swing rod and a pull rod. The electro-hydraulic push rod is fixed and installed on the support. The electro-hydraulic push rod of this dry quenching charging device drives the bidirectional hydraulic oil pump to output pressure oil through positive and negative directions through the electric motor, which is sent to the oil cylinder through the hydraulic control one-way valve to achieve reciprocating motion between the piston and the push rod, thereby driving the charging device to achieve reciprocating linear motion.
